Special tool for glass edging
It is applicable to hollow, doors and windows, plywood, curtain wall fire prevention, architecture, furniture, shower room and other fields.
It adopts a three beam four heads structure, which can be connected into an automatic production line. The open connection port can realize
cutting, edge grinding, washing, tempering and erpdocking. The glass can be produced in batches and efficiently withoutl anding.
Industrial computer control system, which can automatically identify glass information, can realize two production modes:
Bulk order mode: multi specification mixed order processing
Whole order mode:high-efficiency batch addition of the same spedcification (only one inspection, longer equipment life)
Perormance characteristics
1.The non-contact glass probe positioning method is not easy to wear and has a long service life;
2.Easily cope with the processing requirements of 3-12 mm glass thickness, with a wide range of applications;
3.It adopts double-row roller chain transmission, stable operation and substantial noise reduction;
4.The beam is driven by a slanted rack, and the speed is as high as 40 m/min. Repeated positioning is more accurate and durable;
5.The grinding wheel adopts the cross structure design of upper and lower chamfers, and the glass inlet and outlet can be ground thoroughly,
6.There is no need to rotate the grinding head, the positioning is accurate, the efficiency is higher, and the failure rate is greatly reduced;
7.It can be processed by matt epolishing process, which can meet the processing requirements of curtain wall glass;
